Payment/Reimbursement Options

Make a payment by credit card!

With all of the fantastic programs we have going on, there are quite a few transactions between the PTA, parents, and vendors. We have several options available, whether you need to make a payment, be reimbursed, or arrange payment for a vendor who provided us with a service. Of course we can accept cash or checks, and when reimbursing, we typically issue a paper check electronically, which is mailed by Chase Online. In special circumstances, we can arrange for a hand-delivered check.

We also have a few electronic options:

  • PayPal is available for you to send money to the PTA. Use this link to send money; our PayPal email is the Treasurer’s account: BelleAirePTAtreasurer@gmail.com. Normal PayPal service charges are deducted from the amount transferred.
  • Chase QuickPay is a free service offered to customers of Chase Bank, and we are set up to send and receive payments through the Treasurer’s gmail: BelleAirePTAtreasurer@gmail.com. QuickPay users are able to email money to each other, and funds are transferred almost instantly.
  • clearXchange is another free service offering transfers between accounts, and the network of banks is much larger. QuickPay is a part of the clearXchange network, so we are able to send and receive money through the Treasurer’s email.
  • Credit Card Payments are available. We appreciate your feedback. Credit card vendors do collect transaction fees of ~3% from PTA. Make a payment by credit card!
