The Belle Aire PTA is excited to invite all Belle Aire Families and Staff members to join and help enrich our students’ school experience!

What to do:

  1. Join PTA
    1. Check out the products and prices for the 2023-24 school year.
    2. Select products below and add to your cart.
      • Start with PTA Family Registration to register parents and one student, and add to cart.
      • Select Additional Student Registration for each additional student, and add to cart.
    3. Review cart and pay via one of these options:
      1. Have a Zelle account? Please pay this way! BA PTA is a customer of Chase Bank and we are set up to send and receive payments with zero fees through the Treasurer’s email: BelleAirePTAtreasurer@gmail.com. Don’t forget to fill in the “memo/what’s it for” box so we can process your payment.
      2. Credit Card – Credit card vendor will collect a transaction fee of ~3% from PTA.
      3. Cash/Check – Select “Check or cash to school” as the payment method. Drop off payment at the school office in an envelope with your family name and “PTA Signup” clearly written (exact change required or please round up to the nearest dollar as a donation). All checks must be made payable to “Belle Aire PTA.”
    4. Be sure to check the box to “Create an Account?” during checkout. It is important to complete this step since future website enhancements are expected to include signups for events, to purchase a yearbook, and more. You can also register for an account on the My Account page using the same email you used during checkout.
  2. Returning families login to DirectorySpot and review your family’s contact information; if necessary, you can update it yourself using these instructions. Note: Grade/teacher assignments will be edited at the start of the year by the administrator. Questions? Email the Directory Administrator.
  3. Get involved! Review the Volunteering Opportunities and sign up where you can help. It takes a village to keep our programs going for our students.
  4. Order Spiritwear to show your Belle Aire Bulldog pride.
  5. Join our Private Facebook Group to connect with the Belle Aire community.

Membership

The cost to join the PTA is $10.00 for a one-parent membership. A two-parent membership is $17.00. Additional family members (i.e. grandparents or step-parents) who wish to participate at PTA sponsored events are encouraged to join at a cost of $7.00 per person. With your membership and member benefits you will receive up to two user accounts to access the electronic directory and free smartphone app. Check out the programs your PTA membership and donations support!

Note: Members of the community are welcome to join Belle Aire PTA to support our students and school efforts. Not included in a community membership is: access to the electronic directory, access to the PTA Facebook group, or other items that contain student photos or personal information.
