Cougars Reading Club

Cougars Reading Club Program will run from Monday, January 23rd- Sunday March 19, 2023

Verify your student’s participation to get their free ticket & order additional tickets/parking by April 3rd (Form closed)

What is the Cougars Reading Club program?

This is a voluntary reading program where students read for 60 min each week (or a parent can read to their child) for 8 weeks to earn one free ticket to a Kane County Cougars baseball game, as well as a voucher for a free hot dog and drink and the opportunity to participate in a pre-game parade on the field. Belle Aire has a section for us to sit together at either of the games you choose to attend: Saturday, May 13 at 6:30 pm or Sunday, May 21st at 1:00pm. Additional tickets are $14.

Who can participate in Cougars Reading Club?

This is a voluntary program and any student in grades K-6 can participate.

How it works:

Everything is on the honor system. An Optional Reading Log is available to assist your student in tracking their minutes, if desired.  Or students will receive a paper tracking form to fill out. Online submission is on the honor system, we will not need detailed entry of book titles, minutes, etc. At the end of the program signing up online confirms your child read the required goal.

How do I redeem my free ticket to the game and order tickets for the family?

Please complete the online form (form closed) at the end of the program using your phone, tablet or computer to receive the student free ticket and order additional family tickets. If you experience any issues with the Belle Aire form, please contact us.
