Parents, read on…

Art Awareness is a program that focuses on introducing students to art history in a fun way. These visits by PTA Volunteers include students studying the artwork and engaging in art-making (or, sometimes, creative writing!). Art Awareness visits to the classroom occur every month except for September and December.

Sign up to help in the classroom!

Art Awareness is DIGITAL! Parent volunteers can find information, resources, and project ideas – all online. Additionally, visual resources can be presented to the students by mirroring in the classroom – allowing for a richer and more adaptable presentation. Art supplies to use for this program are located in the Art Awareness cabinet at school.

Students of all ages enjoy this supplemental art program!
